2kg Topside roasting joint (our joints can easily be cut in half to extend this even further)

2 kg Rolled brisket joint – lovely for slow cooking

1kg Cote de Beouf – (rib on the bone). For special treats

2 packs of 2x250g Sirloin steaks

2 packs of 2x250g Rump steaks

2x 500g packs of stewing beef
